For those of you who want their mulch done by a professional, I recommend you spend a little extra. For not much more than the cost of material had I done it myself, the folks at M-Scapes will trim my shrubs, collect the debris, pull weeds, spray weed killer and put down weed prevention, cut in the edges of the beds, and mulch. And I can get them on a schedule to do this annually.
Also, since they are professionals, they can spot potential future problems (pests/diseases).
